Privacy

Nefariousmusic.com takes your privacy seriously.

Users of nefariousmusic.com can reach the sales team via the contact form. In order to answer some enquiries, for example if you wish to enquire about a bespoke service, we may have to pass your email onto one of our composers. We shall always ask your permission before forwarding your enquiry on and putting you in contact with one of our writers. We will never share your name or contact details with any third party outside of the company, unless you specifically ask us to do so.

All payments for music purchases are taken through PayPal so Nefarious Music will not take or store credit or debit card details. When you purchase something from NMP, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our catalogue, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. The online shop is created with Rapid Cart Pro and uses cookies during your session. You will be asked to give consent to the use of cookies when entering the Browse and Buy page. Your purchase transaction data is stored on the server only for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

You will receive email confirmation of any orders you place with Nefarious Music. By submitting an order and supplying an email address (or in the case of hard copies to be shipped, a postal address) you accept that NMP will need to keep copies of the transactional emails for accounting purposes for a limited period, after which they will be deleted.

Customer email addresses will NEVER be used to send out marketing material. If customers wish to remain informed about new titles added to our catalogue they can choose to follow us on Facebook.
